WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A “pre-order” allows you to buy a Product item that will be created especially for you. Product in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” on the order button.
HOW TO PRE-ORDER?
- To reserve a product marked with the “pre-order”, simply add it to your shopping cart.
- A credit card is required to make a pre-order reservation.
- After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.
WHEN WILL RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER(S)?
- Generally, pre-orders require 45 – 50 days to be created and delivered.
- For any urgent date, please send us an email to info@ziadnakad.com to cooperate and check our availabilities for a quick production and delivery.
- Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or credit card information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
